# Disposal

Cofinal disposes of items you no longer want to sell. You request the disposal in Cofinal, we carry it out at the earliest 48 hours later, and you pay per disposed item.

## Which items can be disposed of?

Available items that are not on an order, oversize items and damaged items. Items under quality control cannot be disposed of.

## When do you dispose of the items?

At the earliest 48 hours after your request. You receive an email when you make the request and a receipt when the disposal is completed.

## Can I cancel a disposal?

Yes, until we start the disposal. A disposed item cannot be recovered.

## Are the items for sale until then?

Yes, unless you take them off sale when you make the request. If an item is sold in the meantime, we do not dispose of it, and you do not pay for it.

## What does disposal cost?

The price per item follows the item’s size. You only pay for the items we dispose of, and the amount is added to your next invoice.

## Are returned items disposed of free of charge?

Damaged returned items are disposed of free of charge. A returned item in saleable condition is free if you request the disposal within 30 days of the return; after that, it costs the price above.
